Stelltec was established at the end of 2022, with a vision to revolutionise the tech delivery industry. During 2023 they were able to grow the team to seven people and secure a number of key clients. To build on this success Stelltec is looking to add an additional associate partner to their company in 2024. 

What we are looking for: 

• A senior management consultant with at least 10 years’ experience – coupled with a strong tech or IT delivery focus who has worked as a senior project or program manager.  
• An excellent business developer, with a great network and reputation in the market. 
• Proven track record of building client relationships and developing client accounts within Sweden. 
• A strong leadership profile, someone who wants to be part of building Stelltec and our exciting growth journey. 
• Someone who enjoys recruitment and be involved in attracting the best talent in the marketplace.

We analyse projects either before or after they start. We can assess the project’s likelihood of success and suggest improvements to raise the probability or even help deliver the project.
